Our step-by-step remodeling process
Bathroom Consultation
We start by discussing what you want to change, what problems you want to solve, and how the bathroom is used. We review the current space, project goals, preferred style, and any known issues.
Scope and Estimate
Next, we define the project scope. This includes what will be removed, what will be replaced, and what materials or fixtures are part of the remodel. The estimate is based on the actual scope, not a generic bathroom price.
Material Selection
Material choices may include tile, vanity, countertop, shower glass, plumbing fixtures, flooring, mirrors, lighting, paint, and hardware. Clear selections help the remodel move smoothly.
Demolition and Preparation
The old materials are removed, and the bathroom is prepared for the new work. This is also when hidden issues may appear, such as moisture damage, damaged subfloor, old plumbing, or poor wall conditions.
Build-Out and Installation
The build-out may include plumbing coordination, electrical updates, waterproofing, shower or tub installation, tile work, flooring, vanity installation, lighting, fixtures, trim, and final finish details.
Final Walkthrough
At the end of the project, we review the finished bathroom, check details, clean the work area, and make sure the completed work matches the agreed scope.
